Cream Of Tartar

Plochman’s Cream of tartar can be used to make meringues, soufflés or icings. (It helps to increase the stability of whisked egg whites). It can also be used to make baking powder. For this just mix 2 parts Cream of tartar with 1 part of baking soda (bicarbonate of soda).
